that was brought to our attention when we went upstairs to do our sound test --l nma sound test, and we noticed that, you know, that there was just a piece of wood basically covering the hole. we did do our sound test, and we are still in compliance, but, you know, there is improvements that we can do there to make it even lower for our neighbors. we have reached out to the property management company and as of last week, they sent a contractor over to do an estimate, and we're in the process right now of that estimate being approved by the property management company, which we were informed today that they'll be sending -- scheduling someone to come out next week to replace the new door. as far as being in constant contact with our neighbor, andrew diamond, in the back, we do every night we are open take readings three times a night, make sure that we are in compliance. he has reached out, i would say, about four times to us -- me personally and my staff ing,ag let ting us know that the sound he feels is a little bit louder than usual. we then immediately take a sound reading test a
