budget impacts are reliant on those revenues from r.m. 3. so we'll make sure that we have clear information, not that it will be a vote, but want to be sure that people understand the situation and will keep you up to date in regard to this litigation. and, finally, the big thing happening right now in san francisco with regard to muni service is the twin peaks project and the closure. the good news is that the project is on track at the moment. i don't know if that pun was intended, but it's on track to finish within the two-month window. crews have been working around the clock. they've been doing a great job, contractors, m.t.a. and other city staff. to give you more detail, half of the seismic retrofit work is done. most of the drainage system work is done. we think it's the original from 100 years ago. so it's important to replace that because it was no longer functioning. two of the four crossovers are installed. and the track removal and replacement continues largely on schedule. from the community side, they have twice a week office

for the building application associated with the proposed project at 556 27 street located within the r.m. 1 residential mix low density zoning district as well as within the 40-x height and bulk district in the noe valley neighborhood. measuring 50 feet wide by 114 feet deep. currently, the subject property is vacant with no vehicular access. the project proposes the construction of a four story up to 40 foot tall residential building consisting of seven dwelling units upon the existing 5700 square foot lot. the project would have a total gross square floor area of approximately 17,140 square feet, including 40 off street access spaces. the project includes a rear balanci balcony as well as a common use roof deck. there's a total of seven dwelling units. approximately 86% of the project being two bedroom or larger. with regard to the surrounding context, please note that the adjacent properties to the west and north are located within the rh-2 district and consist of two to three bedroom single-family residences. the property is across 27 street to the south are located within the rh 3 z

to turn attention a bit to another program that was very important that is going to be using these r.m. 3 funds and matching them with state funds. what this overhead slide shows is senate bill 1 projects, and the governor and the legislature worked last year to pass senate bill one, which is the road repair and recovery act, and it raised the statewide gas tax so that we could invest and as i mentioned in the main nance of our system. this was a $5 billion peryear program that will fund a whole host of highway and transit projects statewide. san francisco will actually receive about $60 million peryear of this funding to maintain our roads and repave them. what we'll do is it'll sort of be like a financial sort of puzzle. we put together the limited funds that we do collect locally here through the sales tax, and we that much that money four to seven times with regional measure three and sb 1 funds. what you're seeing on this map is a collection of projects that span through street resurfacing and repaving projects, transit projects for muni, and also some regional projects that will
