jtsz ska l justice scalia used to make the point of more diversity, and he meant more educational diversity coming from the top law schools in the country. a couple things come to mind for me this morning. look how he handled the nomination. this was was he did by the conservative book. he went with intellect and pedigree. someone who clerked for him as well bhap is interesting about kavanaugh is he worked for kennedy as well. inside the legal world, the dc circuit court of appeals is the feeder to the supreme court if is so high profile. folk that's have gotten on this court are -- they have been confirmed and they have gone through a pretty rigorous test in the congress. remember the dc circuit handles something that they really care about which is government regulation. so this is where ka vanaugh hasa very strong feeling. this is a big legacy play here. he doesn't want to get this wrong. he doesn't want to be too risky on this. i'm sure he would love to nominate barrett and take on democrats by nominating a woman with very strong views they perceive as being overchurning roe v. wade. >>
