new south wales. i had the privilege of being in sydney not long ago and there is this legacy with regard to the public owning the roads, the bridges. but how are they able to sell , in in new south wales terms of convincing the public about taking some of these legacy assets and using the cash for other things? i think this concept of prioritization, we all need to be coming to the table openly on this, but the private sector is not the answer to all ills. the private sector is the not the perfect solution to all of our problems, it is about prioritizing and working out, where can the private sector best integrate and complement and add to a community? where are the projects that private sector involvement can lead to success? versus otherwise? the private sector is not going to be the perfect owner of a school or a park. but, demonstrably, the private sector have in very good owners airports, utilities, telecommunications. and that is something that we see around the world, not just new south wales.
