we worked with universities to translate people's work into credits. right out of gate walmart associates have $250 million of college credit on their transcripts because they worked for five years as a produce manager or six years as somebody in the logistics part. through the foundation we launched a program the same day we launched the internal one if 2015. we make skill base practices the norm. i won't go into detail about it now but we have worked with folks here and many, many others. dozens of grantees around the country. education providers, folks like national skills coalition, national retail federation to try to get this career path mapped out, understand the skills and innovate the kinds of training that incumbent workers have access to. i'll say one last thing which is future of work has been a lot writing about this. new technologies, new jobs. we're seeing it already. what we're excited about is this infrastructure we're putting in place for up skilling of incumbent workers is a flexible infrastructure. we can put anything through it. we
