we the neighbors are adjacent for the site.stepping with the videotape ideas is fundamental to understanding san francisco and not became one of the key design guidelines respect the topography of the site as it is worded in the residential design guideline. we saw the notice from planning, we were hopeful that the city would fully enforce this important guideline. we saw the drawings were disappointed that the project was a massive box with several terraces looking into the windows of a dozen homes. mine included. it does nothing for residents on the west and bottom of the hill as at least 50 feet up from our viewpoint. it's a high-rise and place of frees that provide haven for countless bird ans and animals. looking at the design, you see a floor and floor of storage which for those us at the base of this building amounts to two stories of concrete wall at eye level. for total of six stories rising up like a high-rise. you see penthouse suite with a deck. for example a bathroom for every bedroom and every unit up to three bat
