my name is michael nolte, and i run a site on facebook called mi casa tu casa. the mission is always getting stuff done to it. my father was born in the mission, but he's not around anymore, as an heir to the mission, still around, i think i have to speak out when there's injustices happening, and i hear this all the time, injustices are happening to parts of our neighborhoods. this is another example if community outreach is not done correctly, and certain areas where people work, they can't come to these hearings, and since i'm a community organizer, i understand that fact, happens all the time, that people are not able to come to the meetings, but i think it's important that when a big corporation like at&t wants to do something, they do it any way, or they try to do it the best way they can, and this is why we have public hearings. thank you. >> president hillis: all right. thank you. any additional public comment on this item? seeing none, we'll close public comment and open it up to commissioner comments and questions. commissioner melgar? >> vice presiden
