virginia's workforce? ms. spanberger: we, as a country, need comprehensive immigration reform. it is something that we have talked about for years and we have not achieved bipartisan comprehensive immigration reform. right here in culpepper, people -- culpepper i have heard stories from people in the agriculture business who are concerned that they have the employees they need and concerned about ways come immigration has become a politically divisive issue and the truth is that we need immigration reform, comprehensive and bipartisan immigration reform that achieves a number of things. first, secures the border and ports of entry. i worked with cia as a former cia officer, i worked undercover and counterterrorism, in narcotic trafficking, understanding the drug cartels mexico.throughout am well aware of the threats that present themselves at the southern border. for that reason, we need comprehensive immigration reform that is strong on border security and strengthening our points of entry. we also need immigration reform that will meet the needs of the employers here throughout the seventh district and throughout the commonwealth of virginia. we need comprehensive immigration reform that gives certainty to dreamers, ch
