in davenport mental health court, i visited that court. that's what people focus on rehabilitation rather than incarceration. i saw a young man there, met with him, met with the mental health court people turkey got a job after year and health and mental health court. captain out of jail and now he has a full-time job. that court cesar state $300,000 a year but the government keeps cutting funding for the judiciary so he can hardly keep it open other than but using volunteers. we need more mental health courts. >> where is the money going to come from? hubbell: if we stop putting people in jails, go to linn county of johnson county, polk county, they are saving money because they have jail diversion programs, crisis intervention training. they are saving hundreds of thousands for their community. mental health courts and hundreds of thousands of dollars. we don't need to spend more. we just need to be smarter about what we're doing, focus on prevention and continuing care of people. reynolds: i'm really proud of you can the conference of m
