as we take this live look outside at the embarcadero...oining us now is meteorologist mabrisa rodriguez... the dry air mass aloft will cool down overnight temperatures this evening. expect 40s in the north bay and interior valleys with 50s along the coast. cooler temperatures are forecast for tuesday with near average to slightly above normal highs. tracking 70s along the coast and 80s inland. it is worth noting that the dry air mass in place will result in chilly overnight temperatures through midweek. the return of the onshore flow late in the week will bring overnight lows up a bit. onshore winds increase a bit late in the week which will help moisten conditions while temperatures remain seasonably mild.
