the thing with birthright citizenship, that article came out and there's a brilliant scholar, martha jones, who's written a book on birthright citizenship. it is brilliant, and she dissected each one of his arguments and just laid it out. what we do know, and it's what nancy mclean is getting too, is that there is this move to have new constitutional convention. and one of the key elements in this constitutional convention is to constrict the electorate, those who have access. so that constriction means, for instance, to turn the popular vote, the way we popularly vote for our u.s. citizens, and having them appointed by the state legislature, which means if you have gerrymandered legislature you have gerrymandered -- right. that is also why this election in 2018 is also so very important. >> host: we have a question in the audience first off, thanks so much for coming out. i'm from milwaukee and i've been following the news about north dakota and the decision there and the impact on the native american community. i wase when he could speak to different issues the native american community
