. >> this is sweeping complaint filed by ted olson usually associated with republican causes in washington federal court in washington d.c. not looking for money damages. looking for the immediate return of jim acosta's credentials. they argue that the president doesn't like him because of his speech. that is the first argument. his credentials were taken away out any hearing that is the fifth amendment argument. you and i talked about this in the past, during the break in which you said what i think a lot of americans agree with you on, that there should be a certain level of decorum in the white house press corps and failure to comply with that decore couple should be grounds for revoking the pass. the only grounds for revoking is the pass are, is the person a danger to the physical security of the president and his family. obviously acosta may have been an irritant to the president but he was hardly a danger to him. so i think cnn has a very good case. i think this will be resolved quickly. i don't expect a jury trial. i think it will be either be settled or cnn will prevail on motion.
