it does -- parts of idlib are uncomfortably close to lataquia province. when i was -- my first kind of stint or dealing with the russians over syria was in the summer of 2016 in geneva at the syrian support group and this was when there were a couple of rocket attacks and things like that on their air base. they claim emanated out of idlib where people moved south toward the air base, launched some rockets and they were extremely worried. they really don't want kind of a mass casualty event at the base. in fact, their latest kind of disinformation -- piece of disinformation was claiming that a uspa controlled the 13 drones that did a drone swarm attack on their air base a couple days ago. this is -- the hardest thing with the russians in syria is to disentangle things that they say that they really believe. they believe things that aren't true and they believe things that we wouldn't believe. that doesn't mean they don't believe them. when we trivialize them or chalk it up to disinformation and propaganda that's da propaganda that's dangerous. to say they
