shannon: an opinion piece in bloomberg references the idea that robert and brett kavanaugh stuck together on this saying talk about thomas'sery dissent, supreme court conservative revolution will wait another day. thomas is used to losing and it doesn't bother him but brett kavanaugh may think differently. this means roberts may exercise a moderating effect on the conservative wing of the court by having brett kavanaugh and a potential ally. >> my hope would be the court could follow the law. so many people in the right-wing are worried the court is an activist court and reset roe versus wade and undercut or overturn it. i would like to see them follow the law, that is a simple request. i was glad to see that they did on this decision. just hope they will continue to in the future. >> donald trump could help us out here if they could defund planned parenthood, not a single penny of our tax dollars going to fund abortion in the first place. shannon: let's talk to lawmakers about why if republicans had that is a priority, controlling the white house senate and congress never did and plenty of internal dissent about that. gre
