up until now, there hasn't been much scrutiny of these organizations. so why igo watch was set up is the point out these examples of egregious spending of taxpayer funds and also to call for transparency, call for accountability and to call these organizations out when they're between their core missions. so, for instance, we have the world health organization, which really doesn't seem to fall off our radar at any time. with them, we see numerous examples of money-wasting scandals and just unscientific policy approach and research. so although it was founded with pretty good aims, the who has bash the who has completely lost plot in recent years. so on one hand, their spending and waste is really out of control. just one example, just from travel they spend close to $30,000 a year for employees, per employee. now, if you compare that to a similar organization like doctors without borders, who actually do a lot more on the groundwork, they spend approximately $1100 per employee annually. - so that's a total of $200 million per year on travel just from t
