we're looking at millbrae and pacifica, some pretty good downpours. down through the santa cruz mountains, stanford, sunnyvale, this is a 3 on our storm impact scale because we're looking at storm drains getting overwhelmed and that wind warning until 10:00 this morning. with 1 to 2 inches in the valley, 2 to 4 inches in the hills, we're looking at a combination of some issues throughout the early part of the day. then another round of rain this evening. 1 to 2 mile visibility from the east bay. looking outside you can see the wet pavement out here. san francisco in the 50s. 53 in morgan hill. from 'em remeryville right now can see the winds have been clocked from 30 to 40 miles an hour. we're keeping that wind warning with us although the camera is changing from our sutro tower camera. 51 in petaluma, 52 in livermore. as we look at the surface winds, they are up to 21 miles an hour in concord. elsewhere lighter around napa and half moon bay. as we go up to 1,000 and 2,000 feet, 33 miles an hour. about 3,000 feet, it was 65-mile-an-hour wind gusts. so
