that cost the city over $10 million, and they get off scot-free. how can they be retired without facing discipline in connection with to this case? what is the chief and the police commission doing about this so it can never happen again? why are there no consequences and the people foot the bill? where is the outrage in this commission? why do officers continue to commit crimes that deeply affect people's lives profoundly and who have been retired to be taken care of the rest of their lives? true love was in prison hundred of miles from his family. he was stabbed while in prison. it could have been life. but he had lawyers and the legal support he needed. did i miss something? because how could this happen? you talk about crimes and these four officers committed crimes. no consequences. retired. we're paying for them. this is happening nationwide. police departments all over are having officers break the law and the city pays for the lawsuits and no criminal actions happen. i find this deeply disturbing. luckily this guy got off after eight years.

sometimes i have meetings in the city. n which case, i take the muni from my house in the westport, if anyone has been there, there's a lot of hills to get there. it's very inconvenient to get in and out. so my best option right now is to combine muni with scoots. so, what i do is i get downtown and i need to take a scoot to get to my destination and between meetings in the city, this is what i do. i take scooters. it's been much quick are for me and cheaper than taking ubers in between my meetings so it's been great. however, there are not many electric scooters arounds my area. it would be terrific to increase the fleet and to have them in the inner and outer in the areas not just in the city center but around the city as well. i have a lot of friends who live near me and the only way to get is to walk up and down the hills or to take a very expensive uber ride or uber pool that will take you 40 minutes or two bus that's will take you 15 minutes. the fastest way is an electric scooter which takes 10 to 15 minutes. i would

i'm here today to apply for seat one on the city's s.r.o. taskforce. i'm proudly running as part of a queer s.r.o. housing slate with courtney brown. i moved to the commission 23 years ago. i came to live in an s.r.o. via homelessness. a few years ago, i suffered a traumatic brain injury in a fall, and as an eventual result of my injury and subsequent inability to function, i became unhoused. being newly permanently disabled and becoming -- and being homeless was a nightmare. a significant part of that nightmareishness was a struggle to try to access homelessness and housing services, and to understand anything coherent about the serviceservice's landscape. in the end, after being rejected, my case was picked up and i was placed in an s.r.o. last july. i first became interested in s.r.o. residents and quality of life issues last year during the campfire, when i lobbied my landlord to help the residents of our building, which is primarily composed of poor people who have chronic health issues. i wanted them to help -- i wanted our residents to receive pa

i'm the deputy city administrator. the juvenile probation is a member of the justice work group however, their data is currently separate from the environment. all the criminal justice departments that do share data, share data through a series of data sharing agreements. our role have been as executive sponsors and we have no access to the data because we are not a criminal justice organization. we just help facilitate the data sharing agreements, structure and mechanism for that. and we do not have juvenile probation data within the hub. as juvenile probation is redoing their case management system, that's a future item for that connection to happen and agreements to be made. >> so we're currently not a source for that data. >> i see. so page 14 would seem to indicate you are but you're just not getting that detailed? >> there's no current agreements between the departments to share that data through the justice hub. >> but for adult probation you do? >> yes. >> that could be because state law intervenes when it comes
