we work closely with mta and the traffic unit, sfpd and they've been great anytime we have an issue at any particular intersection they support us and have been a great resource for us. we do typically every week we do three to six operations. we try to do one on each shift and try to do pedestrian each week because a lot of our collisions involved pedestrians. so we try to target that aspect of the traffic enforcement. that is on traffic safety. that brings us to our statistics. so our crime statistics are looking pretty good. our home side thank goodness we haven't had one today. our rates are down from 6 to 3, 50% reduction. our robberies down 9.5%. we're hoping we can maintain that. assaults are down 17.95%. i'd like to think that's because of the 10 arrests we made at the end of april. and human trafficking is at zero. and property crimes, burglaries are down i think because of the educational outreach and officers being proactive up terms of the construction workers and having all the information with them and hopefully i think that's having the desired effect. we've also increas

is being reviewed by sfpd. we have not received their comments yet. our legal office has taken the first pass through the m.o.u. we got a number of -- all the comments and feedback that the community gave us, it is probably comprised of well over 300 pages of notes. everyone received those comments we try to incorporate as many of them as we can, gave that to sfpd. they are going through their legal team and it comes back to us with their comments. our plan has always been that this would go to our own board of education to review as the superintendent's recommendation. the superintendent superintendent would review it. the chief would agree and say yes, this is ready for my signature. we then put it on the agenda at a board meeting as a superintendent's recommendation to approve the m.o.u. and it was our intention that that would happen at the board meeting in the second one in august the beginning of the school year. >> okay. my office will summarize those and send them over to you. i'm sure you guys -- there has been a lot of information going on,

it's up to the sfpd to enforce the laws but we provide eyes and ears for them on the lots and ordinance on the books in san francisco. economic impact, union square impacts a union punch. we represent 3.5% of the land mass in san francisco yet we are bringing in considerable dollars for the city. in forecast, we bring in 34% of the city's generated sales and consumer goods. 13% i think of all of our goods. 27% of the city's tran see ant and we have workers and daily, monthly rather, we have 4 million visitors. there's a lot of people moving through union square everyday. so we've gone above and beyond our management plan over the last 10 years and i'm so proud of the work that we have done with launching our union square foundation. it enables us to go above and beyond the clean and safe and provide workforce development through our downtown street theme. there's a representative here today with downtown streets. they hire homeless individuals and get paired up with a case worker. we have hired these individuals to our regular crew and we're proud of the partnership that we have there a
