we are here with our partner, tmg partners and our architect from wescott. we will try to be brief, because we know you have a long agenda, and we have been here before with an informational session. just to orient you, this is the tennis club site as it currently stands today, and as it was since the 1970s. we acquired this site because one pursuant of the central soma goals. we came up with a mixed-use project that is essentially filling out the site with multiple uses, which have been outlined. i will outline. it has a mid lock crossing connecting bluxome street to brannan street. this is a view looking across from brannan street. you can see a taller massing, a smaller massing of office component, and then the far distance you see the reddish massing which is the affordable housing site. we will be deeding to the city's mayor's office of housing. the components of the project are listed here. i am not going to go through it in observance of time. just to say that we think it is a nicely balanced mix of uses that will enrich this neighborhood. in general,
