we issued an rfp to hold counsel on this panel. we received seven proposals and these are reviewed by our manager, deputy counsel in our advisor. it included relevant experience and bond transactions and exposure experience. @ knowledge of ocii's debt portfolio and other agencies. the quality of the proposal and bay area presence and the cost of services. our panel selected bartley pc, small business enterprise. they have provided transaction in the past.
