that may have additional guidance for any potential rfp on how to protect whatever is built here. i think we are looking out the current environment and thinking are there ways to start out at a higher level and adapt over time to keep the project watertight and safe for the people using it. i think that will add a cost. but i think that's also a design challenge that i think get pulled into the other structural cost. turning to the maritime birth. we presented our informational presentation at the maritime commerce committee and got some good feedback from the ongoing value of that birth and what it needed for. we also work with the ports maritime division and appreciated their birth on the specifics for what we would ask to make sure that this earth still retains its value to the port maritime division. the specifics that we got from those dialogues were wanting to incorporate strategies so the birth is protected and still usable at the end of the century. we want to coordinate maritime access, so access to the east birth with what is likely going to be public access around what

we issued an rfp to hold counsel on this panel. we received seven proposals and these are reviewed by our manager, deputy counsel in our advisor. it included relevant experience and bond transactions and exposure experience. @ knowledge of ocii's debt portfolio and other agencies. the quality of the proposal and bay area presence and the cost of services. our panel selected bartley pc, small business enterprise. they have provided transaction in the past. the contracting department receives proposals from several contractors and responds to the rfp. due to the value of the contract, it will require the approval of the mayor. because the amount of the contract exceeds $100,000 in the fiscal year and the contract requires the approval of the mayor, the department must file form 126s2 within 30 days of receipt of the proposals, disclosing information about the sub contractors as administrate of the submitted proposals and the filing is due within 30 days of receipt of the qualifying proposal. form 126 f4, borrowing from that same ski scent scenario, that cs been awarded and all negotiations have ceased and that is at the mayor's desk and requires the mayor's approval. using that same pattern because the contract is valued at $1 million and requires the approval of an elected official, the elective officer now has the filing requirement, as well. the elected official within five days of approving the contract, the elected official must file form 126 s4 disclosing information about the contract, the contractor and listing any members

in september of 2017 ocii issued a press for proposals or an rfp. in march of last year after selection process, commission approved the selection of the developer team. in august of last year commission approved a development loan and exclusive agreement with the selected developer. instead the team has been hard at work as the design team you see today. that developer team is mccormick baron salazar or mbs. also act as a service provider. the developer team includes john stuart company as manager and architect. since developer selection the team has added kerman morris as architect and contractor. as you might remember from devious visitation, direct the previous, lennar will -- as a result of the change in design.
