u.s. in the 1970s. i grew up in san francisco chinatown, so i have a lot of history with seeing what is going on. i remember back in those days we used to have the 480 freeway that allowed us to smooth sail in and out of chinatown. it was like the lifeline of chinatown. but unfortunately, after the earthquake of 1989, the freeway was tear down, after that, the business, the people in the prosperity of chinatown had gone down the drain. later on, it was found that it was rose pak who sold out chinatown. it wasn't like that. it was -- and later on, because of the collusion of rose pak and some high-powered city officials , they later decided to tear down that freeway. as a result, for 30 years the people of chinatown have suffered. i remember the suffering and over 90% of the merchants remember that. please, today's decision, remember that it is the voice of the people of chinatown, the voice of the merchants, the prosperity that will speak to you. i hope you can make a decision and listen to our voice. thank you very much. >> thank you very much. next speaker, please. >> board of directors, my nam
