c. baker place was a nonprofit in the 1960. people were trying to get well and getting off of drugs and alcohol without using the system or going into the department of public health. what happened is that they began purchasing units around san francisco and using each as their support system. they have been doing this all along since the 1960s and the reason think i'm pointing this out, it's part of the adaptability and the agility of what baker place has brought. 2016, positive resource center, baker places came together under one roof and we merge. baker place is a wholly owned subsidiary of prc and we're located on 179th street, brand new offices over there. so part of what you wanted to start with is our continuum of care. as we're addressing the treatment on demand and think about what does it mean and what is the definition of it. at baker places, we have a wide range of services and to me, this is a part of how we are addressing, making sure that people -- we're not turning anybody away. so in our acute services and res

mike baker on all of these c confluent developments. what do you think? good reminder that we're fatigued from the war on terror and make it go out of the way, that's not how it works. go fog the latter story first. the arrest of the hezbollah operative in the united states. it's not the first time that that has happened. we've picked up and convicted other hezbollah operatives. this individual happens to be a naturalized u.s. citizen. but you know, he did that in 2005. the only problem is in 1997, he joined hezbollah, which is a terrorist organization, which is a proxy for iran, the regime. they carry out a number of operations around the globe. he joined that operation in 1997. so eight years before he lied and said he was never a member of a terrorist organization. he since spent time doing a variety of things including getting trained in and explosive by hezbollah and conducting surveillance on targets in the new york city area in the event that hezbollah wants to or the iranian regime wants to in the future conduct terrorist attacks on our own soil.

c. >>> we want to get back to this morning's breaking news. major power outage right now in san francisco. how big? 22,000 customers, according to pg&e are impacted. tom bakerot into the city. tom, what's the story here? >> reporter: the situation is very interesting. we will take a look at the outage map right now. just so you can see that this is a very significant section of san francisco. that has lost powerea where whatever happened happened, it actually seems to have power. now what we know isrked on by a contractor or pg that's not clear yet, though somehow found an in response to that, the power failed down in mission bay and all across the area that you seen on the map. the problem, of course is, before they can restore the power, you have to know exactly what -- you have to have the equipment available to fix it. and then of course, you have to actually fix it. pg&e have been reported early say they hope to have this back in service by about 10:30. but knowing what i know about power outages, it could take a lot longer than that. but it is a fairly significant hit. because even if it only lasts until 10:30, not just a lot of residence involved in
