david lee miller has more from the fox news room. david lee?authorities have made an arrest in connection with the drug overdose that killed three men and sent for others to the hospital. this is a case that made headlines over the weekend. the mysterious circumstances surrounding the incident. all the victims were those orange wristbands indicating they had been to some type of public events. all but one was found in the up upscale pittsburgh apartment building. of it was nearby. according to court dockets, 37 pc of it were they believe happened. over the victims, they say, from a music club. they used orange wristbands to edify customers. they went to a private party at his apartment, and someone began to pass around cocaine. "the surviving victim stated they did a bump of suspected cocaine and people immediately began to drop and suffer adverse effects." the criminal complaint goes on to say, "a confidential source led police to a man known as carlos." the document says carlos, whose real name is peter montalvo, distributed the cocaine and h
