the patrol car seen driving southbound on el camino royale at a good rate henry lee, has the story. > over redwood city police car that crashed on el camino in redwood city, it happened at around 9:45 wednesday morning. surveillance video shows a man walking to the center median, a short while later a canine officer loses control on the wet road and her car skids into the man. >> i saw the cop hitting the guy, and the guy flying up in the sky. >> the crown victoria then careened over to the northbound lane, hitting at the subaru and bmw. it then ended up on the sidewalk. >> i wasn't sure if i should help the guy or help the other girl. she was worried about her mom in the car, the other girl was having a panic attack. >> the officer called for help on her radio as witnesses looked on in shock. >> i see a man in the floor, just in the floor. >> police say the man she hit is in serious condition and lives nearby. the officer, her dog, and the two other drivers

to make our own henry lee, he was saying even right now, the verdict just announced, but prosecutors are already going and having discussions with those jurors, trying to glean whatever information. what are they trying to learn? >> what was your thinking, what did you pay attention to? why did you to vote not guilty? what was your hangup? why didn't you vote? there were 10 other people that were equally as reasonable as you that came from our but yet you two couldn't bring yourselves to do that, why? they are going to fill that hole then, the jurors will tell them i didn't like this i didn't like that. okay next trial we will take care of that. but, what they are going to do, they are going to go to the defense attorney who i thought did a magnificent job, of all the attorneys i thought he was wonderful. they will go to him and say why don't we negotiate this. why don't we talk. and i think this time they will sort of call the families out. they've heard from the families, so now they will talk to them and go, what would you plea to? what can we do by way of jail time? so they will
