we published the announcement of the funds available for the partnership program, and additionally nrcs has equip and csp and the conservation easement program in accordance with the existing regulations as prescribed by the 2018 farm bill and implementations for fiscal year 2020. this past year has tested the resilience of america's farmers. crop insurance, supplemental natural disaster assistance programs and the short term trade mitigation programs have helpeds ing in the programs. and to help with those planting crops or significant delays in planting, the usda implemented flexibility in the rules for allowing early harvest on the cover crops on prevent acres and extending the deadline for acreage deadline reporting and a quick cover chop share by deferring interest charges on the crop insurance premiums. we took these actions based on comments that we received from you, farm organizations and directly from producers. i also know that there is a lot of interest in the implementation of the sum plemtal disaster relief bill. last week we announced the w.h.i.p. plus program which is pr
