we're expecting the east bay in the south bay to join in on this party that we've got with no power by noon today we're expecting face to to implement. outages in the east bay hills in the south bay hills as well so that's all part of this ongoing story that will have to cover for you not only through the day today with these rolling outages but into the next couple days that follow because pg e said it's easy and quick for them to turn off the power. that's just simply throwing a switch but turning the power back on is a much more laborious process because they have to go inspect all the lines first to make sure it's safe to turn them on that lines down are any limbs on lines before the re energize them and that's why take so much longer to turn the power back on in your community. then it is to just turn it off. so we'll be following this for at least a few days daryn thanks a lot james, an and the east bay caltrans. >>has figure out a way to keep the caldecott tunnel lights on. >>and the fans working so commuters this morning can use that they have generators that will be keeping the equipment running in the tunnel so the traffic can continue running through.
