bill is the son of mary ellen and robert, was brn in 1939. many his 80 years of life he's been a mentor, a friend, a father, a husband and an all-around good man that deserves to be recognized. in 1963, bill married charlotte summerfield and has remained by her side for the past 56 years. mr. reed: he has such dedication to his wife and family, it is heart warming to see. yet his family is not the only thing he's been dedicated to over the years. he was a teacher, dedicating 32 years to enriching the lives of youth he taught. he coached several sports including football, wrestle, swimming and track. the hoirs spent dedicated to young people were well spent and he ha had a profound impact on his students. he also served as the veteran superviseor and continues to hold this roll now. it's not often you meet a man as dedicated to helping others as bill winkie. he's given so much of himself to our youth through his coaching and teaching. he continue to do a great deal as the town superviseor. i'm proud to know him. and gacy of hard work -- honor
