tim noyce, highway patrol. evacuations going out, a lot of people were evacuating and you saw a great deal of traffic and we appreciate the fact that everybody was heading southbound. i want to thank everybody because even though it was heavy traffic, we did not have major incidents and that helped to keep the flow going as quickly as we did. we still have a heavy flow this morning going southbound. please continue to heed evacuation orders. this is a major incident and we are still bringing in additional resources, not just locally but regionally and we need these roadways cleared to move these and we have a lot of emergency situations. this is really fluid so we equi quickly back and forth so if you have nothing to do with the area, please stay out of the area and keep the roadways clear. we did have the 101 closed the this morning. were able to reopen it but i hate to inform you that as we are speaking, we are re-closing the 101 freeway from arata to dry creek due to no visibility pretty much across the road
