a new record today, but it will still be very warm, and we're also going to see some low 90s in pittsburg. danville reaching 90 degrees, while oakland will see a high of 84. some low 70s in half moon bay. redwood city reaching 85 degrees and in daly city 75 will be the high. we could see a few low 80s in parts of san francisco, mostly some 70s, and in the north bay, expect highs up to 93 in santa rosa and in napa. so let's go through the time line of the winds and when we do expect the winds to increase. mostly we're starting out winds at about 5 to 10 miles per hour. 8:00 we're starting to see winds in the north bay increasing right at noon, so that's when the red flag warning for the north bay begins and we'll see those winds sustained and higher gusts up to about 30 miles per hour. we could see some gusts in some of the higher elevations reaching 50 to 60 miles per hour. and we do still see most of the high winds along the north bay and the coastline as we go into tonight and early tomorrow morning, but notice in the valleys in spots like san jose, livermore, the winds are not going to

one was in january of 2015 in pittsburg. an employee was loading a when they inhaled some toxic fumes and became faint. cal osha investigated, found no violations. they did not issue any citations. the other incident was in august in wilmington. a worker had fallen off a moving golf cart and injured their head. again, cal osha issued no citations in that incident. i can see that we're taking this nustar statement. nustar put out a statement earlier. we've learned some more new information since they did. let me tell you what they said initially, they were working with first responders to extinguish a fire at the sell by terminal in crockett, california. in the statement earlier they said there were two impacted tanks which were holding very low volumes of ethanol, less than 1% of tank capacity. of course, just a short time ago we learned it's actually three impacted tanks and that one of those tanks had as much as 176,000 gallons of ethanol. that's according to fire officials. nustar in the earlier statement said all personn

we do also see a lot of upper 80s from pittsburg toward danville, and then for hayward we're up to 79. we're up to 80 today in palo al alto. you see the big cooling that happens in san francisco today with the westerly wind but in the north bay, the winds are more northerly, so it's still going to be very warm in those valleys. we will see a lot of changes in our wind direction as well as the speed going into tomorrow, and as the winds pick up, it lin crease our fire danger. we could see some gusts up to 55 miles per hour, especially in the higher elevations, and that's the reason why we have the high fire danger for not only the north bay but also the east bay hills and over toward the santa cruz mountains, very dry air coming in that will increase our fire danger. so we'll have more updates on that. we are also going to see our temperatures cool off. we're in the upper 70s and low 80s over the next couple of days that extends into the weekend. san francisco will be up to70 today but we'll bring it back to 66 degrees by tomorrow. mike, are you down to one traffic alert now? >> we had
