the sheriff? broward teachers union president. if you can believe it and this is just what's going on with the teachers and really the public school system is at attack right now. california just passed a bill gavin newsom signed into law it is illegal to suspend a disruptive student. i don't even know how that makes sense even as a democrat it can't make sense to put your kid in a school they can say whatever they want to the teacher act any way they want with no consequence. and those of the same policies that led to my daughter getting murdered and they are still in broward. this school district still has these policies so when my daughter was at the school one of the policies was they were allowed four misdemeanors per year without ever getting introduced to the judicial system or law enforcement. so one of them i don't know how a parent can be, i didn't know them but i live with that, i don't know the legal amount for weed let's just say an ounce if you have more than announce it is a felony.

next i would like to invite to the podium the sheriff for sonoma county, sheriff essec. it was quite a night, over 180,000 people under evacuation, some were evacuated yesterday and last night including the areas around sebastopol and west county and i can say though i have heard people express concerns that we were evacuating too many people, i think those concerns are not valid at this point. as we see from this report we just received, our evacuation of healdsburg and windsor was well warranted. there is significant danger to anybody still in the healdsburg, windsor area or the unincorporated areas around windsor so if you are in those areas, we encourage you to get out. we have deputies and peace officers in the neighborhoods that can assist you. if you are not sure if you're in an evacuation area, check the map. we have plenty of maps available. you can get them on sonoma county.org as well as some of the cal fire websites. we currently have over 262 peace officers in the field and those are supplemented by the national guard. we are using our peace officers and the
