all linked to the arenda house party shooting. good evening, i'm christen z. >> thanks for joining us. laura anthony broke the story online. she is live now with the latest. laura. >> reporter: hi, dan. just in the last hour, the contra costa sheriff has released a lot of new information. as it turns out the raid at this apartment complex we're showing is just one of four. i can tell you the five individuals who were arrested and where they're from, jar kwez sweeney, 20 years old. jason isles also 20 from marin city. in san mateo, 28-year-old lebron wallace. and devin williamson, 21 years old in vallejo. williamsson is being charged as accessory. the other four face murder and conspiracy charges. >> this is the contra costa county sheriff's office s.w.a.t team. >> reporter: this is what residents of an apartment complex woke up to this morning just after 7:00 a.m. when heavily armed police many in tactical gear served a warrant on their neighbors. >> and now they're going in. >> it looked like something you see in a movie. it was

through their attorney were set to file a lawsuit against airbnb, the city of arenda, the homeownersers alleging that the large halloween party, that all together, served together or created an air of lawlessness and violence, leading to the presence of the mass shooter or shooters on the property. yesterday, airbnb offered to pay for funeral costs and counseling for victims' families. >> i don't me the problem is airbnb, i believe the problem is guns. less guns, less mass murders. >> reporter: a constant parade of mourners came to the memorial. organizers on social media call td a mansion party, gone totally awry when gunshots were fired on halloween night into the crowd of 100 in the airbnb rental property. police are following up on hundreds of leads, including investigating whether hill might have been a target. >> there's a tremendous amount of evidence that they have to look through and work on, and there's a very large number of people that they're trying to talk to. and so, while it's frustrating from a, you know, you'd like to have some answers to a lot of things, you know,

tonight we have the logs from police dispatchers that shed new light on the halloween shooting in arenda. five people were killed inside a home rented by air bnb. the calls reveal terror inside, where police were when the shooting unfolded. >> melissa has more. >> reporter: well, a neighbor lives just yards away from the home in arenda where the shooting happened. she says before the shots rang out, she dialled 911 twice to let police know about this rowdy party. she wanted a patrol car to check the neighborhood, to do a door knock on the home. she says both times police did nothing. you'll remember this shooting happened on halloween. you'll remember the shooting on lucille way left five people dead after shots rang out at a halloween party with more than 100 guests. the city had two officers on patrol. the sheriff's department says the arenda officers were dispatched to oakland to help out with an investigation connected to a violent home invasion robbery in lafayette. the call logs show arenda had no officers in the city to respond to calls about that loud party on lucille way. at 10:
