what are you, howie you trying to sort out those head winds? >> since around 2012, a state government has in california has invested less and less in affordable housing, so unfortunately, we're starting to see that di cotchotomy, that split. you're starting to have high scale, expensive real estate and at the same time, you're not having that middle class that's being addressed with housing. so you're starting to see displacement especially on the west side closer towards the beach. for us as policymakers, that's a really big concern since from a perspective, in eck wiquity, it's not right to tis place somebody that from our cities is really the fabric of our community. when you have people that have been there r for years and decades then they're being mispladced because they can't afford it. from the b fabric of our community to keep it in tact, that's a challenge for us because we live in a free country at the same time at the local level, we're trying to address them as much possible to ensure we don't lose that base. at the same time, capt
