lafco intern. i'm also a graduate student from the urban and public affairs program. and i work at a senior center in doing engagement work. i'm privileged to have this opportunity and to present to you all today. i'd also like to acknowledge a lot of support that i have received from the cleanpowersf team, executive goebel, and helping us to acquire data from pg&e and a student from george washington university who helped to turn that data into maps that you will see today. so as officer goebel stated i was asked to enhance equity in cleanpowersf. it involved a review, and extensive contacts with staff at a variety of local government agencies, along with the industry experts and advocates. the central goal of this process was to complement some of the work that the cleanpowersf team is doing, providing an outside perspective, and to assist lafco with the work that it plans to scope going forward. so several focus areas emerged in this process that cleanpowersf and the city as a whole should consider supporting with revenue and with staff capacity. the key goal is to
