s.f. shines in a bit. $1 million of -- a one-time of $2 million for small business fee assistance relief program. a one-time over the next two years, investment of $4 million in the program called community cornerstones, which is a pilot program, which i'll share more details in a bit. oewd supports various access to capital programs. one of those programs is a revolving loan fund. since the program commenced in 2007, the revolving loan fund has actually allocated 177 loans for a total of about $5.2 million. of these loan, i the majority have focused in high-need neighborhoods and supported over 60 women-owned businesses and 53 minority-owned businesses. as you can see, the repayment program is pretty high. the additional $1 million will allow us to recapitalize the loan program. this will allow us to provide low-interest rates to invest in corridors. we're looking at about 3.5% rate. but the loan is also available to citywide businesses or businesses across the city. the last time we actu

i also want to say that we recently passed mental health s.f., which will transform the way that we are coordinating people's care and treatment, as it relates to substance-use disorder. and so we may want to hear some also about how some early steps that we might take will address that. i know folks have asked also about more issues related to street-level drug dealing. this hearing is specifically more on how we are addressing drug use and drug overdose. we created a street-level drug dealing task force. held a six-hour hearing around drug dealing and have a number of things that are happening around that. but this is specifically focused on department of public health's response, which has been meeting this effort and has been a national leader in how we've responded currently and in the past. and specifically with the work of the dope project. and, you know, i'm excited to learn from what we're doing. but also, you know, wanting to and we've spoken a lot about this to dr. colfax, knowing what we can do as a board of supervisors, as the elected representatives to support the work and

so over the last three years, tida and s.f. environment have developed a formalized stewardship program. and really, stewardship is volunteers, giving back to the earth, the people power of the operation. we'll developed a stable structure with that. we have a healthy day. we're having luck with corporate partnerism. we have a monthly newsletter. we've worked a lot with life learning academy, their gardening and community gardening instructor. the life learning academy, we're going to be working with them and engaging with them, as well. the other thing we've been working on in the last year is working to bring yerba buena to treasure island. we'll speak a little bit later about that in the presentation. this is a little bit more work of what goes into stewardship. those are some of the different happy stewards, members of the staff and also an intern from s.f. environment and some of other groups that have come out. in the next year -- you'll see in the slide somehow, items in italics, things we're going to be doing in the nex
