mental health s.f. forward today. the legislation before you reflects our joint commitment to solving our mental health crisis on the streets, with particular attention paid to the intersections between homelessness, mental illness, and substance abuse. san franciscans will soon have access to a comprehensive mental health care program. we designed the system to provide access to mental health services, substance use treatment, and psychiatric medications to vulnerable residents, specifically those who are homeless, uninsured, or enrolled in med-cal with severe mental illness. this includes a number of components. a 24/7 mental health service center, a 24/7 street crisis response team, a drug sobering center, an office of coordinated care, increased beds at every level of the system, as well as case managers for everyone who needs them. an office of private health insurance accountability for those residents who do have private insurance but are unable to access timely care. i want to thank you to the h

s.f. shines in a bit. $1 million of -- a one-time of $2 million for small business fee assistance relief program. a one-time over the next two years, investment of $4 million in the program called community cornerstones, which is a pilot program, which i'll share more details in a bit. oewd supports various access to capital programs. one of those programs is a revolving loan fund. since the program commenced in 2007, the revolving loan fund has actually allocated 177 loans for a total of about $5.2 million. of these loan, i the majority have focused in high-need neighborhoods and supported over 60 women-owned businesses and 53 minority-owned businesses. as you can see, the repayment program is pretty high. the additional $1 million will allow us to recapitalize the loan program. this will allow us to provide low-interest rates to invest in corridors. we're looking at about 3.5% rate. but the loan is also available to citywide businesses or businesses across the city. the last time we actu

so over the last three years, tida and s.f. environment have developed a formalized stewardship program. and really, stewardship is volunteers, giving back to the earth, the people power of the operation. we'll developed a stable structure with that. we have a healthy day. we're having luck with corporate partnerism. we have a monthly newsletter. we've worked a lot with life learning academy, their gardening and community gardening instructor. the life learning academy, we're going to be working with them and engaging with them, as well. the other thing we've been working on in the last year is working to bring yerba buena to treasure island. we'll speak a little bit later about that in the presentation. this is a little bit more work of what goes into stewardship. those are some of the different happy stewards, members of the staff and also an intern from s.f. environment and some of other groups that have come out. in the next year -- you'll see in the slide somehow, items in italics, things we're going to be doing in the nex
