how they selected fairview development center in the heart of costa mesa, in the heart of orange countyopulated counties in the country, we don't know. it's just not the right location. >> neil: all right. we had senator richard shelby from alabama advocating now in our state. now the issue is how in your city. how do residents feel? >> the residents are very concerned for the same reasons. there's some established emergency response protocols and procedures that are just being ignored. they were planning to move people in in the dark of night. we were informed on a thursday night. and then they were expecting to move people in by sunday, 30 to 50 people. so the residents, there's tens of residential surrounding this location. multifamily and single family. it's a developmentally disabled community. so there's several group homes serving the needs of developmentally disabled individuals. so of course, they're concerned because some of their immune systems are already low. so we've been putting together questions. we have a meeting with the governing agencies tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. along
