sheriff bill beam has defended deputy polson, claiming he had a reaction to a felonious assault. despite the video the sheriff told wbtv earlier this week deputy polson doesn't punch the teen, saying, all i saw was he was pushing him back away. no, he did not punch him in the face. the sheriff's office now tells abc news deputy polson is no longer employed with the lincoln county sheriff's office. hayden is now facing multiple charges. his mother said she was just trying to get him help. >> i took him to an emergency room and he was treated like a criminal by everybody. nobody ever treated him like a patient. >> hayden's first court appearance is set for this week. his mother is hoping with this video release that the charges will be dropped. that is possible, but there's also a possibility he'll be charged as an adult. his mother said they're always told if there's a mental health emergency you should reach out, and then this happen. >> mental health is a huge challenge in this country. often law enforcement doesn't quite know what to do. >> right. >> trevor, thank you very much

still with us is jim polson.in the market risk when it comes to the u.s. presidential election? is this a factor in how you are taking a look at markets? jim: for the most part, there will be headline risks that will create volatility as the polls go up and down across the candidates, markets will react. i do not know if that will be lasting. what is most concerning to me and i think most investors is less about who gets the presidency than if one party or the other gets try power, both , that and the white house will change and stuff will happen. things will get past. in some sense, i like the division of power and some group lock -- and some gridlock because that means the free market economy manages the director of where the country goes more sore the -- more so than washington. if one be most concerned party seems like they're going to win all three houses. that would be something i would pay more attention to. outside of that, i am less concerned about who gets the presidency if there is a division of power.
