12 years, you lived in new york city, you don't have to answer the question, but i would bet my life that you would not say that the city wasn't a lot better when i left than it was when i got there. it did improve. and you can take those skills and do the same thing for the country. america's not the same thing as new york, but every city i have been in, and so far i've been in 55 odd cities and 24, 25 states. every one of those cities has a crime problem a homeless problem, a public health...
