martinez, abc 7 news. >>> cruse ship passengers from other states and countries are going to be put onto chartered flights to be transported to quarantine locations. >> melanie woodrow is live at oakland international airport. tell us more about that process. they're not going into the airport itself? >> reporter: absolutely not. they will not be inside oakland international airport at any point. we are expecting to see that first chartered bus any moment now with the canadian cruse ship passengers. they will arrive here on the tarmac and get directly off that chartered bus, they'll go through the walkway you see there and they'll get right onto this chartered flight. we saw this aircraft arrive about an hour ago. we have seen a number of officials huddling, talking, preparing for that chaertered bus's arrival. i spoke with a woman from oklahoma. she and her husband are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. they're in a balcony room so they'll be one of the last passengers to get off the cruse ship and come here. she says they're packed, waiting to get their luggage tags and find out exactly where they'll be flying once they're bussed here. >> i think
