chief meteorologist paul hagen distant from the studio here. he's at home. he joins us now. paul. >> we got out today and enjoyed the nice weather and made sure we stayed our six feet away from everybody else. it seems like people are easily doing that today. on a weekday, not as crowded as the weekend. today is the warmest day of the week. it's not going to be real cool as we head toward. but not quite as warm. that marine layer had a hard time budging. from right along the coast, you can see clouds in the visible satellite perspective clinging to the coast. some of that sneaking back into the city as well. we'll see that marine layer taking over as we head through later tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. temperatures all over the place today. 63 degrees in half-moon bay. that on shore breeze, the city got to above 70. 71 in san francisco. downtown at 62. upper 70s fremont. upper 80s concord. 92 degrees the hot spot in fairfield this afternoon. and actually, tied a record in santa rosa 86 degrees the high temperature. 86 the record last set in 2013. warmer in livermor
