murphy: can i ask matt to weigh in? chief counsel?> in executive order 108 laid out, with very limited exceptions, no county or local government can limit an order that contradicts with the governor's owner. there are a few exceptions. one of which we give local jurisdictions the option in consultation with us to close parks, boardwalks, beaches. that is in part because some towns are very dense and our local circumstances that it did not make it manageable, especially with shortages in their law enforcement officers to monitor those public places. so, it is a local decision that we work closely with them on. that is one of the few exceptions in the statewide policy. gov. murphy: thank you for that. please. >> governor, in the course of covering covid across the globe, we have seen photos and video of other nations disinfecting public spaces. is there any plans for that in new jersey? for the colonel, do we know how many troopers are out sick at this time relative to the whole force? gov. murphy: thank you for that. i would say this -
