about two hours after opening the business, police arrived and delivered another summons to ian smith ordered people to leave the gym, even though patrons were not forced out. later on in the afternoon, police issued citations to people working out as they left the building for defying governor murphy's orders. one man refused to give his name, and he was handcuffed and arrested. still, so for the business hass not been closed. the owner say they will keep it open as long as they remain free, not in prison and unable to lock the doors. obviously we will keep you updated on how that goes. police in new jersey, clearly don't want to, but they are being forced to harass people working out in the gym, handcuff them and threaten them with jail, far less attention has been paid to the people who have actually died from the coronavirus, because they are vulnerable. to the government has done so little to protect them even as it prevents you from playing doubles tennis or swimming. in pennsylvania and new york, possibly in other states, nursing homes were told that theyss were required to adm

ainsley: here with an update, we have ian smith and frank, they're live outside of the gym in belmar, know, you gave us hope, and now it's taken away. how you doing? ian, how you feeling? >> we're doing fine. we -- this is just a bump in the road for us. you know, we opened on monday, we stayed open tuesday, and we stayed open on wednesday. and murphy does not have a legal precedent to shut us down, so he's resorted to calling in the health department. of however, all these messages on the wall were put on without them ever stepping inside and taking a look at the facility. so we've been shut down by the health department without them even coming inside. so that tells us that we're doing the right thing because it's a scare tactic. we have our lawyers on it. they've been on it since six a.m. this morning, and our plan is to reopen tomorrow. brian: hey, ian, you're the only one who can hear us, so if you want to repeat to frank, go ahead. so you're shut down. if you wanted to right now, did they padlock your place? if you wanted to right now, could you get yourself back in and open up?
