shannon, i was in milwaukee when we had riots. i was in baltimore where we had riots. i was in ferguson, missouri, where we had riots, and the one common thread that you find, that you have people who are really upset about what is going on in their community. and you have a law enforcement on the other side who are saying, hey, look. all of us are not bad. what happened to george floyd should not happen anyone. when you have a man down saying i can't breathe. i can't breathe. and you can see this on video, oh, this is just reprehensible. it is shocking. the law enforcement officers out there are certainly in a zone of danger, but over a period of time, i think that this is all something that will calm down. >> shannon: when we see the officers that we did in that video from monday and there are bystanders, there are videos from businesses and a number of angles on what happen and transpired leading up to the death, where does, is it training that goes wrong? is it the officers in the situation making a bad call on what they were dealing with? at what point do these officers cross the l
