according to the chp, there was a car that went across all of the lanes. crashed into the center divider and turned on its side on westbound 580 before the 35th avenue on ramp. one lane is blocked right now and injuries have been reported and an ambulance has been called, as well as the fire department. you can see that slow down that is beginning to build there. the sig alert that i was following earlier on westbound 24 before college avenue has cleared but you can still see that there is going to be a slow patch as you move further west on 24. giving you a thumbs up as far as the clearing. just want to let you know about that. b.a.r.t. having issues in the east bay this morning. a major delay on the richmond line due to an equipment issue. and this is in the berryessa direction. heads up to everyone there. while i'm talking about mass transit, i want to let you know about some other changes happening this month. starting with vta increasing bus frequency on the number of lines starting this monday. there are now partitions around bus and train operators.
