it looks like our friend john simpkins. you're recognized for five minutes. >> thank you, congressman butterfield and patrick, great to see you. i was interested in the exchange between fred upton and dr. evans and kind of on my line. i represent, 102 counties in illinois, i represent 33 of them and so what covid has cause today happen, which is, kind of a side benefit, it's forced us to ease some of the regulatory burdens on the telehealth. and so, i know, dr. geller, in your testimony, you talk about telepsychiatry and then we go into this -- i think a lot of our concern is, if something's working, when this covid crisis failed, i mean, when it ends, we don't want some of these reforms that were kind of created for emergency purposes. we'd like to see them continue. i just think that's helpful. everybody understands there's underserved areas, money is going in, whether it's for us, usda rule development, the sec, even some individual states are now starting to put more money to broadband deployment and laying fiber. so, f
