nicole saphier, this is fantastic news. what do we know about it?ing the world in vaccines per capita. they've turned this into quite the operation. they have 20% of their population already received the first dose and they looked at a snapshot of 200,000 people 60 years and over, some received the vaccine, some have not and there are reports anywhere from 33% to 60% reduction in cases in a snapshot of the population was on the one hand it is not surprising to see decreasing cases because pfizer and moderna reported 63% level of efficacy after the first dose, three weeks after the first dose you have to remember the second dose, 95%. on the other hand, i'm leery of looking at these reports because only 20% have been vaccinated, 6% had covid-19 so they are below that threshold for reaching herd immunity. we don't know if there are other factors that contributed to decreased infection rates but it is encouraging, let's give it more time. they are on the right path to getting herd immunity and israel and many other countries will start seeing decreasin
