being circulated as having been drafted by several judiciary committee democrats, david cipollone, ted liuvid s rask raskin. it makes clear that president trump in their view has acted erratically in self-governance and we would like removal of law and impeachment of the president of the united states. that last line is important, because we're looking at the timing of all this, skpand the president is done with his term january 20th. we're looking for a possible impeachment next week, so in order to remove a president from office, you need two-thirds of the senate, 67 members, need to vote actually remove the president from office. republicans currently control the senate up until january 20th when the majority flips to democratic control, and right now there is no indication that mitch mcconnell, the senate majority leader at the moment, actually wants to have a senate trial before president trump leaves office. that means there could be a trial after donald trump leaves office. i'm told that in a meeting with house democrats this is something they trust. having a trial with the new sena
