so ada facilities. am of the routine -- some of the routine maintenance and our ada right-of-way are all funded at 100% of what the needs are for -- yeah. then for street resurfacing, we're using this as a way to supplement the general fund for two years before we see the budget come back to something like the pre-covid level. the next slide this shows a little more detail on how we're addressing the pay as you go program. the red line at the top shows what was in the previous capital plan around the pay as you go program. the blue line is what it is in the current capital plan. i mentioned it was about 45% less. by us adding some of the supplemental revenue sources, we were able to bring that up to about 37% less. which we think is really going to make a big difference, you know, to the overall program. so the bottom -- the hash line there in the middle connecting the two lines shows some of the stimulus programs that we have, the critical repairs money. we also received some money from the last bond t
