vaccinated versus partially vaccinated. now when you look at the immune response to a single dose of mrna vaccines in organ transplant or cancer patients. clearly, the single dose was not adequate. this becomes really important. organ transplant large -- there are a lot of people who are on meds for autoimmune diseases that may not get a good enough response after the first dose and we absolutely want them to get the second dose. quickly, let's look at some of the data that backs up this clinical. i showed you this slide before. this is the pfizer biontech. we are looking at neutralizing antibodies after the first dose which is after 21 days versus the second dose which is at day 28 to 35. as you can see, younger individuals or older individuals, a dramatic difference in neutralizing antibodies between the first and second dose. we often talk about cell responses, the same thing. if you look at after the first dose, namely at day 29 on the responses to the spike protein and you look at the responses at day 29 versus day 43
