my eileen, my name is shamira bush and lee. i'm working as a volunteer for red cross. my work is to help unite separated families because of war or natural disasters about why you see that. we are currently receiving kids and parents in the center who are separated because of the recent volcanic eruption in goma. mainly we are receiving parents looking for their children. and for that we have a list on which we complete the name and address of each missing child. and we did the same for kids looking for that parent. this list helps us to start the research for missing family members or children. not them, but then i think the in find out, but that when kids give us information about their parents, we do our best to unite them with their parents. for kids whose parents we can't find, we refer them to an appropriate protection center which are in partnership with red cross, which can take care of them at night. as we only operate during the day. we are working with other local volunteers and partners, helping us to sensitize community in the city, so that they can come t
