we've changed the eligibility of the ppp program both by legislation and by administrative action. i'm curious as to how those changes have been implemented. the advanced program which is one aimed at our most challenged small businesses. we need to know what outreach is being given so that those that could benefit from this program have an opportunity to participate because we are concerned that they don't have the same avenues of information that other small businesses might have and might be left behind. the communicator navigator pilot program was sent out on march 3rd and we'd be interested to see how that has moved forward and applications on april 26, and there should have been more -- ask you standed accepting applications on may 3 00,000 applications. 57% were businesses of women, veteran owned or economically disadvantaged individuals which is the priority of 21 days. it is my understanding that the funding there will not be enough to meet demand and we appreciate your assessment as to where we are in regard to the monoes that have been appropriated versus the demand show
